Event Description
Ensuring patient and provider health and safety while achieving accurate and reproducible results is paramount for all healthcare providers who offer point-of-care tests (POCT) in community pharmacy settings and beyond. During this webinar, Dr. Meyer, a second-generation independent pharmacy owner, will highlight how employee training, organizational policies, and procedures influence the quality of results, outcomes, and the safety of employees and patients during POCT services. This presentation will also provide participants with a basic understanding of the environmental and device documentation requirements to ensure accurate test results.
