Course Description

Aligning training content with S.M.A.R.T. learning objectives enhances the training's effectiveness for learners and increases its usability for you. This course guides learners through the application of CDC’s Quality Training Standard #3: Training content is accurate and relevant. The strategies and practices covered are adaptable across different training types, including eLearning, in-person training, and hands-on approaches such as the “See one, do one, teach one” method.

Audience

This basic-level course is intended for public health and clinical laboratory professionals who develop and deliver laboratory training.
